Account Creation & Security
To use y12's services, you must create a valid user account with accurate and up-to-date information. User Responsibilities

Payment Information & MYR Transactions
Y12 accepts payments in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) only. Deposits via local payment methods such as TNG eWallet and FPX are verified instantly, while withdrawals will be processed within the timeframe stated on the support page.
We remind users to always ensure that the bank account details provided are accurate and valid to facilitate faster withdrawals. Any errors in account information are solely the user's responsibility.
Liability Limits and Account Policy
Y12 is not liable for any direct or indirect losses incurred by users as a result of using the platform. We reserve the right to suspend, close, or delete a user's account if a breach of terms, fraudulent activity, duplicate account usage, or other security issues are detected.
